📦 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without any justification or penalty.

Please specify the following in your request:

  • Your first and last name

  • Your order number

  • The date you received your order

⚠️ Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, clean, complete (including accessories, labels, and original packaging), and within 14 days of your request.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective item or shipping mistake).

In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

💸 Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method used during the purchase.

No refund will be issued for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are incomplete.

❌ Non-refundable Items

For hygiene and customer protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories in direct contact with the skin (e.g. earrings, face masks, etc.)

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.
👉 If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or model, you must return the initial item (following the above conditions) and place a new order.
