Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any justification or incurring any penalty.

Important: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, clean, complete (including accessories, labels, and original packaging) — and returned within 14 days of your request.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective item or an incorrect shipment).
In such exceptional cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Please note:
No refund will be issued for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are incomplete.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and customer safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Accessories in direct contact with the skin (e.g., earrings, face masks, etc.)
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item (following the conditions above) and place a new order.
